An Invitation To Unravel and Move Into Joy
We hold our unexpressed, unprocessed emotions in the body. We carry this for ourselves and others. Let’s join together to breathe and dance, unravel the binds that hold, make amends with our bodies, and move into love, joy, acceptance, and freedom.

Utilizing the experiential magic of JourneyDance™, embodiment practices, slow-flowing movement, yoga poses, breath practices, and creative surrender (Yoga Nidra) we create an environment for inner reflection and self-healing work for our bodies, minds, hearts, and dreams. Each week will be a thematic journey to initiate a sacred shift of perspective that helps us to remember and receive the grace of being alive.

Yoga Nidra is inherently a restorative practice and provides a deeper sense of rest and relaxation then mediation alone. By stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest & digest system”), the mind quiets and your body begins to heal itself, naturally. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, your brain effortlessly transitions into an altered state of consciousness which helps you relax, focus, sleep better, and much more. . It is said that yoga Nidra helps to is a ‘loosen the boundaries of the ego’ and creative ideas are more fluid.
